Ms. Rhoden is an attorney at Mario, Gunde, Peters, Rhoden & Kelley, LLC. With offices in both Melbourne and Cocoa Village she focuses on simple estate planning including wills, trusts, living wills, health care designations and other incapacity planning. She also works with family law cases such as divorce, paternity, modifications, domestic violence/injunctions, and other cases.
She has worked with the Office of the State Attorney, 18th Judicial Circuit in the Elder Services Unit and with The Honorable John Harris, Chief Judge of the 18th circuit. Bonnie brings extensive experience in business and a psychology undergrad degree to her work with Mario, Gunde, Peters, Rhoden & Kelley.
Ms. Rhoden is also an active professor with Florida Institute of Technology teaching Introduction to Law, a required course for all pre-law majors and minors.
